The Amalie Arena in Tampa Bay, Florida hired Turman to create new roof graphics. For long lasting performance we applied United Coating Cymax to 12,000 square feet of the roof. Our four man crew completed the job in three weeks.
We were hired to create two huge Ford logos on the roof of Ford Field. The layout of the iconic logo was critical to the success of the project. In under a month, using old world techniques, our craftsman took great care in creating the roof graphics. In the end we covered 64,000 square feet using a 20 Year Rust-oleum roof coating.
Washington Commercial Painters was hired to refresh the graphics on the 180,000 square foot roof of CenturyLink Field. In addition to sealing the roof, we were charged with refreshing the roof graphics. The dark blue background of the graphic was susceptible to fading (see before & after photo) so we solved the problem by thinking outside of the box. Instead of using an expensive non-fade product, we saved the client money by using a PPG Direct to Metal 20 Year paint. A total of 1,200 gallons were used on the three month job.
We pride ourselves on being able to solve complex problems in a timely manner, and deliver excellence. So when the city of Stockton, CA asked us to paint the interior of their high rise courthouse we said “No Problem!” Safety is our highest priority when doing jobs like this, but that doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice productivity in the process.
Washington Commercial Painters was contracted to Paint a variety of very unique and complex stencils with an array of challenges. Epoxy floor paints on raw concrete with a clear coat for protection, stencils on the spines of books, interact wall graphics, multiple layer stencils, stencils and complex patterns on pegboards. All in a compressed schedule that was on the critical path for the buildings scheduled opening. Washington Commercial Painters not only finished ahead of schedule but under budget.
The Core Group and Stanford Housing trusts Turman to get it done. The detail work is the key and they want it done before school is back in the fall!
lululemon is a nation wide athletic apparel store with a unique storefront at every location. This particular location includes steel crossbeams that are painted in a gradient pattern. Each beam had to be hand painted in a custom color, then installed in the correct order.

Our Oregon affiliate, Oregon Commercial Painters (OCP), was contracted by Tube Art to participate in this very cool project in Eugene, Oregon. Casanova Center, the Athletic Department Administrative Office Building which houses the Duck’s football locker room and weight room is located immediately adjacent to the famous Autzen Stadium, home field of the Oregon Ducks football team. The school wanted to transform the roof of the building by painting its famous wing design across the entire rooftop. It gave OCP a “canvas” of 40,000 square feet. Each painted wing is over 30 feet long.
8-10 guys from OCP completed the project in 30 days. The project required 1,400 gallons of paint in the Ducks’ famous green and yellow colors. It was a fun project to be a part of. According to Torrey Hartley, the lead in our Oregon office “The University of Oregon’s mantra is ‘Win the Day.’ Our OCP/TCP/WCP crew ‘Won the Year’ with their outstanding team work on this project.”
The Turman headquarters in Livermore, CA was contracted to repaint the Florence Moore building at Stanford University. We were asked to paint 161 dorm rooms over the course of 12 days. As a part of the contract, we also painted the exterior of the building which comes out to roughly 141,000 Square Feet of paint. The project required intense coordination and effort from all trades involved, because of the looming move in date for the students.
