Washington Commercial Painters was called on to perform a roof lettering project for Astronics Corporation in Kirkland, WA. The 30′ x 215′ 2300 sq. ft. lettering was coated with 36 dry mils for a 20 year warranty. A UCC cleaner was used to prep the roof. Then, two layers of Unibase Prime, one coat of Base Roof Mate, one coat of Intermediate Roof Mate, two coats of Kymax color and one coat of Kymax clear for a total of 144 gallons was used to paint the lettering.
