Torrey-Hartley Since completing his apprenticeship nearly 20 years ago, Torrey has worked in the painting industry as a journeyman, foreman, lead foreman, project manager and estimator in the areas of both residential and commercial painting. He joined the Turman team as an Estimator and Project Manager for our Oregon affiliate, Oregon Commercial Painters (“OCP”). In this capacity he is responsible for bidding, scheduling and overseeing work in the Oregon region as well as supervising nation-wide rebrand projects for our national sign company vendors. In addition, since early 2012 Torrey has been responsible for the oversight of all of the OCP operations.

Torrey is an active member of the Painting and Decorating Contractors Association. He has lived in the Northwest for nearly two decades. He enjoys the outdoors with his wife, Laurie, son, Nicholas and the newest addition, his daughter Isabella. He enjoys fishing, hunting and time spent on the Oregon/Washington coast.
