The Grand located in Oakland, CA is 22 stories of sophisticated upscale apartments. With refined interiors and premium amenities, this gorgeous new construction project has become a jewel in the downtown area. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for all interior paint and wallcovering in each of the 238 luxury units, all public access area coatings and all exterior coatings where applicable.

Suncadia is a vibrant, resort community nestled in the midst of the Wenatchee National Forest. WCP’s quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in their work on both the interior and exterior of the Inn helped enhance the resort’s atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The Inn’s design draws on the area’s mining heritage embellished with luxurious touches exhibited in extras such as WCP’s custom stain and lacquer finish work on doors, trim, and wood trusses and beams.

The painting team used more than thirty colors in the interior and exterior painting of these two 22 story residential towers in Bellevue’s downtown core. Work was also performed in a 17 story midrise tower as well as a 5 story atrium. The building also contains 18,000-square-feet of retail space and a lower level parking garage.

Sacramento airport added the new terminal B. This new terminal houses a maximum of 19 planes, a sprawling food court and many gift stores. Turman Commercial Painters worked on so many different parts of the building the list would be too long to name!

The world’s largest and highest-energy laser was certified to operate by the U.S. Department of Energy on March 27, 2009. In 2010, NIF will focus the intense energy of 192 giant laser beams on a BB-sized target filled with hydrogen fuel — fusing, or igniting, the hydrogen atoms’ nuclei in the world’s first controlled thermonuclear reaction. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for painting a 40’x40’ sign on the reactors exterior shell, just in time for its historical commissioning.

The Patient Pavilion, which includes 78 additional beds, a Women and Children’Center, a Neonatal and Adult Intensive Care Unit and numerous private patient rooms is the newest addition to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Stockton, CA. As a member of Catholic Healthcare West, St. Joseph’s Hospital is emerging as one of the premier medical facilities in Northern CA. Turman Commercial Painters provided all interior and exterior coatings including the protective finish on a steel pedestrian bridge.

1020 Tower is a new 25 story high rise luxury apartment building in downtown Bellevue, WA which offers spectacular mountain, downtown and park views. Washington Commercial Painters was responsible for the complete painting of rooms and corridors. While our painters were secured by an extensive safety system, we applied coatings to the decks of all the balconies, which had no rails at that stage of the project.

Located just 3 miles from the California State Capital building. The Wells Fargo Center was the tallest building, at the time of completion.

The Taube Koret Campus for Jewish Life is a beautiful community complex of 12 buildings in the heart of Palo Alto, CA. It includes a world-class community center, residential living, condominiums, senior care living, classrooms, learning center, performing arts center, theater, athletic facilities, gymnasium, pool and aquatics center. Turman Commercial Painters was brought on to handle all interior and exterior coatings for this highly anticipated new construction primarily using zero VOC coating making this center a premier LEED project.

Cathedral Hill Tower is an existing San Francisco landmark. The restoration, with exterior finish applied by Turman Commercial Painters will ensure decades of continued beauty to the San Francisco skyline.

The renovation of this well-appointed and conveniently located hotel in Bellevue, Washington had many time constraints and budget limitations that required WCP to perform multiple duties outside the usual scope of a painting contractor. WCP placed extensive scaffolding within the hotel’s seven-story glass atrium in order to demolish the existing wall decorations and repair and apply new textured coatings and finishes on various levels. As part of the total lobby re-model, the crews restored existing oak paneling, doors and trim in the ballrooms and pre-function areas. WCP also applied Duroplex plaster finishes in new European style restaurant. The work was completed on time and performed while the hotel was occupied.

San Mateo Executive Park is a six building 270,000 square foot office park in the hills of San Mateo overlooking the San Francisco Bay. Turman Commercial Painters resurfaced the exterior walls of this high end office park which formerly housed the headquarters for Visa International. TCP used elastomeric coatings to seal all plaster and steel surfaces.

The largest Harley-Davidson store in the Northwest moved to its new  40,000 square foot 2 story building in Renton, WA. Washington Commercial Painters was there to provide all interior and exterior coatings for their exposed steel.

Built in 1928, The Sir Francis Drake Hotel offers historic accommodations in the heart of San Francisco’s Union Square.

The new Livermore Valley Performing Arts Center’s 500 seat Bankhead Theater serves as the focus for arts, entertainment and cultural events in the Livermore Valley. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for all interior work including the seating area, exposed structure ceiling, stage, back stage and public areas. TCP also provided special Tnemic industrial coatings for all exterior metals.

Turman Commercial Painters was called upon to paint a 27,000 square foot WinCo Foods sign on the roof of WinCo's main distribution warehouse in Boise, ID. We used layers of elastomeric and acrylic coatings to water proof this enourmous sign. Next time you fly into Boise, take a look out the window and you'll see Turman's commitment to excellent craftsmanship in large red lettering.

Coach is a brand identified with polished style and excellent workmanship. This project required perfection in all areas pertaining to this refresh of their retail stores. We were responsible for all interior coatings including their shelving, cabinetry and all public retail spaces.

Blackhawk Plaza is an elegant retail center situated int he heart of Blackhawk Estates and Country Club, and home to the famous Blackhawk Auto Museum and many other upscale shops and restraunts. This project consisted of a complete renovation and repaint of existing exterior and interior mall areas and the addition of new facades. Pad sites included a new commercial building and theater.

This new Juvenile Justice Center is a state of the art facility that includes a 360 bed Juvenile Hall in San Leandro, CA. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for all interior and exterior wall coatings using standard interior paint, acrylic epoxies, D.T.M. coatings and exterior elastomeric coatings. Furthermore, our use of zero VOC coatings make this project LEED green building compliant.

Located in the heart of San Jose’s downtown redevelopment, the new Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Library has the distinction of being the largest new construction library built west of the Mississippi.

The Clark Kerr Campus is a Spanish mission style complex consisting of both residence hall and suite accommodations. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for all interior coatings for buildings 2,3 and 4 in this renovation effort using zero VOC coatings by Kelly Moore.

This project included three different buildings, requiring many different techniques. The Air Water Survival training building, which included an open ceiling pool area with mostly structural and exposed steel that required many epoxy coatings. The Navy Lodge required us to install several different wall coverings and patterns. Finally, the Commissary and Exchange buildings consisted several areas of exposed concrete that needed to be coated and painted.

Near downtown, Taylor Towers is a great addition to the San Jose skyline. Here Turman Commercial Painters teamed up with Barry Swenson Builders to create a truly dynamic landmark.

In Shape Health Clubs is the perfect place for fitness, health and relaxation. Turman Commercial Painters has provided painting expertise for both new locations and works with Simile Construction Services to freshen up existing clubs.

This joint Army and Air Force base provides a new and innovative state-of-the-art multi-purpose entertainment facility where Military Personnel can socialize, relax and dine. Our work included painting open structure ceilings, and exposed steel on the doors as well as external parts of the building.

This new FAA Air Traffic Control Tower which complies with stringent seismic structural standards was built to replace an older 70 foot tower that was built in 1954. The new center includes an 11,000 square foot base building and a 200-ft. control tower. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for applying fireproof coatings, new concrete stain technologies, high solids polyurethane coatings and standard architectural products.

This project involved a complete makeover of the historic Claremont Hotel in downtown Seattle. WCP provided interior finishes in all of the guestrooms, corridors, lobby and banquet room. We also updated the exterior finishes for the owner.

Placer County built this new 2 story building to house their administrative staff. Turman Commercial Painters provided solutions for fire proofing, waterproofing and graffiti proofing their exterior. TCP used intumescent paint, epoxy, steel and brick coatings to provide them with what they needed.

Sand Creek Business Center is a modern business park consisting of 7 tilt buildings and approximately 145,000 square feet of office space. Turman Commercial Painters used Kel-Tex coatings for the exterior and standard interior paint.

The StoneTree Clubhouse reflects the classic Old Marin Architecture. Turman Commercial Painters was called to restore exterior shingles and apply a new finish.

HSWCC enlisted Washington Commercial Painters to paint the interior and exterior of the medical center as part of its complete remodel. The 86,000-square-foot project included refurbishing all patient rooms and public areas, adding a new emergency department and drive through. This work is being done in phases over a four-year schedule

This project involved a 7 story patient tower that is part of a $125 million expansion project that will bring 110 additional patient care beds to this community. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for all interior paint and wall covering including digital wall coverings.

Completed in 1999, the two-story Galleria Roseville Mall project encompassed about 800,000 square feet of public area, where Turman Commercial Painters provided finishes.

This project was a Wamu to Chase bank conversion. The brick around the ATM machines and signs were damaged during installation. However, this particular type of brick that covered the entire side of the building was no longer available. Turman was asked to replicate the brick and replace the missing tiles. This project required each of the 60 replacement tiles to be hand crafted into an exact match. Whatever the task, Turman is there to make sure that it happens with quality craftsmanship and service.

We painted 11 different barracks for this large joint air naval base. The 11 barracks consisted of 3 floors with exposed ceilings, CMU walls and wood doors and frames.

60,000 square foot addition to an existing church. Facilities included new auditorium, theatre, classrooms and an assembly area.

Located conveniently near San Jose International Airport, Skyport is an exciting new living experience for people on the move in the Bay Area. With 315 Units at 1500 Square feet each, that adds up to over 550,000 square feet of paint!

Great Mall in Milpitas, CA is a premier shopping location with over 225 stores including all the manufacturer and retail outlets that have come to meet our shopping needs. Turman Commercial Painters repainted all the mall’s interior corridors which totaled a mile in length. Before painting each night, we would put down a triple layer of protection to all the surfaces that were not intended to be painted. When we left each morning, it looked as if we hadn’t been there and every store could open for business as usual which they we able to do without interruption throughout the life of the project.

Washington Commercial Painters was responsible for repairing and restoring the upper deck of the Bellevue Children's Acadamy Parking Lot. The previous coating was carefully removed and the surface was repaired before the new protective coating was applied. The project consisted of 11,000 square feet and a 60' ramp covered with a specialized vehicle traffic coating from Gaco Western.

The project was an interior tenent improvement and exterior restoration. Turman Commercial Painters was involved here to complete the exterior waterproofing.

80 Grand is an 8 floor medical office building located in the heart of downtown Oakland, CA. This multi-tenant facility houses a well known Bay Area Orthopaedic medical group and other medical professionals. Turman Commercial Painters contributed to this remodel by painting the interior of the first 4 floors. We were responsible for all tenant spaces, corridors and public access areas.

This project involved the rebranding of 360 retail stores in most of the Western States in an eight week period.

Opened in 2009, the Burien Public Library is the newest addition to the King County Library System. It consists of underground parking, a meeting room, a conference room, a lobby and 2 floors of wall to wall books. Washington Commercial Painters was responsible for all interior and exterior painting of this new public facility, as well as the coatings for the architectural steel.

This project was one of the first to have used Kelly Moore E-Coat paint systems. E-coat is a recycled paint product using a minimum of 50% post-consumer waste paints and is also low-VOC compliant. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for painting 3 occupied floors, stairwells, and the permit center itself. This project highlights our own Green movement, benefiting the environment and the occupants of the space.

This project involved a complete makeover of over 250 rooms in this 16 story hotel. Oregon Commercial Painters worked with one of the largest contractors in the northwest, Hoffman Construction Co., to provide interior finishes including painting & wall covering in all of the guestrooms, corridors, lobby and banquet rooms.

The CVS project was a fast paced rebranding of eight Long's Drugs to CVS stores in Southern California. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for all the interior coatings for this rebranding project.

The people at Ernst and Young needed improvements for 4 floors of their offices in San Jose, CA. Turman Commercial Painters was called upon to provide interior coatings for all interior surfaces including gyp surfaces, doors and frames.

Washington Commercial Painters crews painted the shell and core of Evergreen Hospital’s new nine-story Public Inpatient Facility that will provide up to 192 patient beds, giving the center the ability to expand its critical care and surgery services. In addition to the interior and exterior painting work, Washington Commercial Painters applied water repellent coatings to all brick surfaces.

The UC Hastings College of the Law was in need of a new parking structure for their staff and students. Turman Commercial Painters painted the interior and exterior of this new 7 floor parking garage in downtown San Francisco. A two-point adjustable suspension scaffold was used to get to the hard to reach exterior.

This project involved 44 new units added to the elegant resort of Heathman Lodge in Vancouver, WA. Oregon Commercial Painters worked with Robertson & Olson to meticulously stain all interior & exterior wood sidings, millwork & logs. Along with the painting and wallcovering of guestrooms, corridors, lobby and banquet rooms in this beautiful rustic lodge.

This project was a very specialized assignment that involved the sandblasting of the interior of this old warehouse factory building. Turman Commercial Painters sandblasted away the old paint and coatings to expose the natural colors of the brick walls, the heavy wooden support beams and an old rundown wood deck. Then we painted the new gyp walls and turned this old factory into a beautiful office area with rustic warehouse architectural features.

Turman was called in to help perform a rebrand of multiple Fedex Kinkos locations throughout the U.S. to the new Fedex Office. We were responsible for all exterior stucco patch and paint work.

Glidden paint has been serving the needs of proffesional marketplace, specifically commercial contractors being one of them. Turman was responsible for the exterior patch & paint work for 60 branch locations of Glidden.

This project involved a complete repaint of walls, ceilings, base, chair rail, crown moulding and other misc. trim. WCP also installed new wallcovering in the elevator lobby including a beautiful woven leather material.

Huntington Bank is a midwest focused banking company with over 600 locations.Turman was tasked with re-painting the sign work on roughly 450 of their commercial buildings.

WCP used swing stage scaffolding to complete the painting of this 6-story office building in the heart of Seattle’s Belltown district. The offices and ground level retail remained open throughout the project necessitating strict safety practices to ensure that entrances and exits remained clear at all times.

The completion of Bellevue’s new Jaguar Land Rover dealership incorporated high-end painting finishes including custom metallic paint in the stairwells, woven fabric wallcovering in the showroom, and textured acrylic flat for the exterior. WCP crews also stained and finished the T&G ceiling to complete the luxurious feel of this stylish dealership.

Turman painted both the interior and exterior of this 650k sq. ft. state of the art Kendall Jackson warehouse. Turman contributed to this project's LEED Silver Certification by using low VOC elastomeric coatings on the textured exterior.

In the completion of this 15,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art dealership, WCP applied interior wallcoverings; stained the interior, open-structure ceiling; as well as painted the exterior of the building.

Turman was called on to repair the interior at various Smith Barney locations. The task was particularly challenging because of the partiular type of surface we were repairing, but in the end we were able to produce some elegant results.

Natomas East Gateway Tower is a 320,000 square foot 12 story office building in downtown Sacramento perfectly situated on the I-80 and I-5 corridor. The building was awarded certification for LEED for Core & Shell by the US Green Building Council and once completed will be the first privately funded and owned LEED Gold certified project in Northern CA. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for LEED compliant coatings on roof tops, photo-voltaic canopies, frame, generator, electrical rooms, stair wells and all interior wall coverings.

When Pier 1 Imports built its second West Coast distribution center, a 451,151-square-foot warehouse in Dupont, Washington, WCP came onboard to apply texture coatings to all exterior surfaces. The interior finishes included stained glu lam beams and trusses, wall coverings and epoxy floor coating in the battery storage rooms. In addition, WCP laid out and line striped 80,000 lineal feet of warehouse floor lines.

The PNC Bank has been serving customers for over 150 years and has committed themselves to provide outstanding service. Turman was responsible for the exterior patch & paint work at 250 branches.

This project required close communication with the designer to make sure the colors and locations were just right.

The Seattle Cinerama Theatre is a landmark movie theater located in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, Washington in the United States of America. It is one of only three movie theaters in the world still capable of showing three-panel Cinerama films. Washington Commercial Painters took part in the 2010 restoration project of the building. By painting the interior we were able to give this building a fresh new look!

Siebel Cafe 900 is an example of team coming together to produce a great environment. From SIEBEL to IA to VENTURE to TURMAN, Cafe 900 is a place where people want to be.

In repainting the interior of this busy, existing Sprint retail store, WCP crews followed an after hours work schedule to allow business as usual during the day. In addition to basic commercial re-painting, WCP added an accent wall color to modernize and energize the store.

Located on the Stanford University Campus, This building has 63 one-bedroom apartments for couples or two single students. There is a lobby and lounge area, as well as many common areas for social activities. During the 2011 Re-Model of this building, Turman was called on to paint the entire interior and exterior of the building. This adds up to over 220,000 Square Feet of paint!

Stanford Quillen high rise has 20 two-bedroom efficiency apartments as well as 90 one-bedroom apartments shared by couples or two single students. During the 2011 Remodel of this building, we re-painted the entire interior of the building including corridors, apartments, and common areas. We also covered the outside deck areas in an elastomeric coating.

Located within San Jose’s Golden Triangle, between Highways 101, 880 and 237, The Oaks at North Park is part of the Bay Area’s largest apartment project in more than 50 years. Turman Commercial Painters painted the interior and exterior of The Oaks, a 127-unit apartment home building.

Twitter is a startup business located in the SoMa District of San Francisco, CA. This company is known for its real-time short messaging service now used around the world.Turman completed the work directly for Twitter Inc. and collaborated together to determine the colors and designs used. We were responsible for complete interior repainting as well as a wall mural.

As part of an extensive tenant improvement to the lab facility, WCP painted the interior of the laboratory, as well as applied high performance epoxy coatings to lab testing rooms. The Department of Global Health was founded in 2006 as a joint venture between the University of Washington School of Medicine and the School of Public Health and Community Medicine made possible by a $20 million grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

This project involved the rebranding of PFF Bank & Trust and Downey Savings to the new US Bank. Turman Commercial Painters was responsible for all interior and exterior coatings in this 85 location rebranding effort.

Valley General Hospital has been serving in the Monroe, Washington district since 1960. They have become an community growing hospital with their emergency, growing surgical and specialty services and friendly birth center. Washington Commercial Painter was called in to paint over an 20,000 sq ft existing metal roof. The product used was Uniflex elastomeric roof coating.

Washington Federal was founded in 1917 and now is one of the top 50 largest banks in the U.S. Turman was called in to work on exterior patch & paint. Turman was also responsible for performing all the interior paint work at all 165 bank branches nationwide in preparation for their new marketing campaign.
